I believe Rich is the guy to call when refinancing. I myself have refinanced a couple of times with him, and matter of fact, have referred over 10 clients his way. That’s a ton of people to refer, but Rich has done a great job taking care of the refinance needs of everyone I’ve referred. I just finished refinancing my fha loan with Rich and I was very happy with the results. Rich initially quoted me a great rate, but the amount of money I needed to close the loan was going to be too much. So Rich asked me to be patient and continue moving forward, meanwhile he would work on getting better numbers for me. He did it, Rich delivered for me in the end. He found a way to lower my rate again, substantially lowered the amount of money I needed, and I got to skip 2 payments. If I ever need to refinance again, I know exactly whom to call.
