The following documents will be requested for a Conventional Refinance:
- A copy of your drivers license(s)
- A copy of your current mortgage statement(s)
- A copy of your hazard insurance declaration page
- Last two years W-2 statements
- Last two years Tax Returns (federal only, all pages and schedules)
- Pay Stubs covering the last (30) thirty days
- Two most recent bank statements (proof of funds, all pages)
The following documents will be requested for an FHA Streamline Refinance:
- A copy of your drivers license(s) and social security card(s)
- A copy of your current mortgage statement
- A copy of your mortgage note, and most recent property tax bill
- A copy of your hazard insurance declaration page
- One utility bill (water, electricity, gas, cable, etc.)
- Two most recent bank statements (proof of funds, all pages)
If you are Retired, the following documents will also be requested:
- Social Security Income (Social Security Award Letter, 1099's last two years)
- Pension Income (Pension Award Letter, 1099's last two years)
- IRA Income (two most recent statements for IRA account)
- 2 most recent bank statements (all pages, where social security and/or pension income is deposited)

If you are self-employed, the following documents will also be requested:
- Two years business tax returns - including all schedules (K-1, 1120, 1120s)
- A year-to-date profit and loss statement and balance sheet
- A copy of your business license and proof of insurance for business
- A CPA letter for income verification
