I believe Rich is the guy to call when refinancing. I myself have refinanced a couple of times with him, and matter of fact, have referred over 10 clients his way. That’s a ton of people to refer, but Rich has done a great job taking care of the refinance needs of everyone I’ve referred. Years ago, I remember when Rich told me he stopped working as a loan officer for a bank because he knew the interest rates the bank offered were too high. So that’s always stuck with me: Rich is genuinely interested in getting his clients the best deal possible. If you need to refinance, think about giving him a call and listening to what he has to say.

I just finished refinancing my fha loan with Rich and I was very happy with the results. Rich initially quoted me a great rate, but the amount of money I needed to close the loan was going to be too much. So Rich asked me to be patient and continue moving forward, meanwhile he would work on getting better numbers for me. He did it, Rich delivered for me in the end. He found a way to lower my rate again, substantially lowered the amount of money I needed, and I got to skip 2 payments. If I ever need to refinance again, I know exactly whom to call.

We lowered our rate and didn’t have to pay for an appraisal either, which I was really glad about. Thanks Rich!

So when my father-in-law asked for a refinance recommendation, I didn’t hesitate in referring Rich. As expected, and despite a couple of bump in the roads due to Covid, he made sure my father-in-law was taken care of. I just wanted to say thanks to Rich for helping me with my refinance. Rich did offer me a better rate, but I still refinanced with my credit union because I’ve been with them so long. But by emailing the rate he could offer, I was able to forward that and get a lower rate. I was also able to get a little money out of the refinance, without raising my interest rate. Thanks for the tip Rich!
